Hi everyone! I've been gone at camp for the last nine days or so, that is why I haven't updated. I'm sorry I wasn't able to notify anyone, but I had to pack, and simply didn't have time. Anyways I have really missed being home, and updating the website. This week I have many updates in store, also some new reads.

Right now I'm working on redoing my room. My mom gave me a ten-dollar budget (I have all wood furniture, besides the stuff I'm getting rid of.) The ugly yellow-green color scheme is finally being replaced by a nice orange-blue scheme. Not many people like those colors together, but I do. I think it looks cool if they’re both kind of neon.

With my ten dollars I'm going to buy a cheap rug (blue, orange, or zebra print), some storage containers, a trash can, and maybe a mirror (a cool vintage one, since I don't have one.) I'll have to do shopping at the 99 cent store, Big Lots, the Thrift store, and possibly garage sales. Obviously I won't get everything, but the important thing is to at least make my room look presentable.

Right now I am working on rearranging my stuff, putting my books back on my book shelf (I had to take them off when I moved it), and trashing the green stuff. I have done this all by myself so far, and I plan to keep it that way. I don't want my parents to start picking stuff for me. Plus I like to work on this alone; it will make the end result much more satisfying.

Yesterday night after my parents picked me up from the camp bus stop we went to a shopping center. My mom took me to Ulta, and I got some blue hair paint (she said I would have to wait until high school to actually get blue highlights). The paint is cool; it colors your hair, doesn't flake, is the same texture as your hair after you put it on, and comes in really cool colors. Next time I want to get the purple, orange, red, and green. It all comes out when you take a shower; it’s basically makeup for your hair.

After that we got coffee, and went to eat. I wasn't hungry so I didn't get anything, but after we ate my mom took me to Claire’s. They had 10 things, for ten dollars sale. The items you got to choose from were awesome, but we only had a couple minutes till the store closed. There my mom bought me two pairs of tights, one white with a shredded pattern, and one black fishnets (for Halloween, I want to be a vampire), a fake leather black wallet with different colored cherries on it, a fake leather black coin purse with purple stars on it, a set of three head bands with stars on them, a blue headband, a silver headband with stars on it, a pair of leopard print chopsticks for my hair, a blue cell phone sock, a set of black ripped looking barrettes, and a gray purse with orange and blue hearts on it. All for ten dollars and tax!

After that my family went to the bookstore. There I found a book written in 1990, called 'Blue Moon', in the young adult section. It cost 6 dollars, so my mom bought it for me. (I think she was very glad to have me home, otherwise I would not have got all this stuff. I really missed her too.) So far it’s really good.

The rest of my back to school shopping is going to be at Thrift stores, and vintage places. I want to find some cheap cool clothes for the new school year.
